Estimation of glass lubricant viscosity for hot extrusion of Cr-Ni steel and Ni alloy tubes

چکیده

Purpose. Estimation of optimal viscosity a glass lubricant for chromium-nickel steel tube extrusion depending on the deformation resistance, chemical composition metal and temperature, degree rate deformation. Methodology. To determine force conditions extrusion, complex factor resistance was used, which consists in estimating value under basic process parameters plants its refinement deviations heating temperature wall thickness billets as well from base conditions. Findings. The dependence values percentage alloying elements (Ni + Cr) steels has been found. With addition hardening (Mo, W, V, Nb) into alloy steel, increases proportion to their percentage. Analytical expressions calculating different have obtained. Originality. For first time, principles governing estimation lubricants based be formed, blank, lubricating layer geometric dimensions tool (die) hot tubes established. Practical value. use results calculation according developed method will make it possible increase surface quality manufactured by reduce volume subsequent machining.
